A written scope: every screen, what is included, what is deliberately not, a fixed price and a delivery date. You approve it before anything gets built.

From the first week there is a live link you can open on your phone. Your comments go into the next build rather than into a document nobody reads.

The studio
Smallon purpose.
ClearPath Advisory is a product studio in Warsaw. It came out of twenty years spent inside regulated industries, where something that quietly fails is not a bug you get to fix next sprint. We build software the same way.
That background shows up in the work rather than the marketing. Payment paths that cannot be bypassed. Data that stays where you were told it would. A paper trail for every release.
- One person, start to finish. You talk to whoever is building it. Nobody sits between you and the work.
- Fixed scope, fixed price. Agreed before the first line of code. If the scope moves, we price the move and you decide.
- You own all of it. Repository, domain, store listings, payment and email accounts. In your name from day one.
- Boring, maintainable tech. Nothing that needs us to stay alive. Another developer can open it and read it.
