Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to information you send us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
ClearPath Advisory, Warsaw, Poland. NIP 9512604332. We are the data controller for anything submitted here. You can reach us at hello@clearpathadvisory.pl.
What we collect
- The name, email address and message you type into the contact form.
- The service categories and budget range you select, so we can reply usefully.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell anything to third parties, and there is no cookie banner because the site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to prepare a scope and an invoice. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and later the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where a project goes ahead, records are kept for as long as Polish accounting law requires.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by our form provider and arrive in our email inbox. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives your message.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will action it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
